Our new name reflects who we've always been.
Founded as Irvington Soccer Club, our mission was never to represent a single school or neighborhood. From the beginning, we set out to serve the entire Albina community, bringing together families from Boise-Eliot, King, Humboldt, Vernon, Harriet Tubman, Irvington, and the surrounding neighborhoods through the game of soccer.
As our club has grown, we've recognized that our name should better reflect our purpose. Albina Community Soccer Club honors the history and legacy of Albina while embracing its future: a community where every child and family feels they belong, regardless of neighborhood, background, or financial means.
This isn't a change in who we are. It's a name that finally reflects who we've always been.
Albina Community Soccer Club's mission is to positively impact the development of youth in our community by providing soccer in an inclusive, unbiased, safe, affordable and fun environment.
To build a pathway of growth and skills of soccer within a culture that promotes community and positive consistency for our youth
